Hi, I’m Victoria, your Klaviyo specialist, CRM strategist, & professional puzzle piece finder.
I help ecommerce brands make sense of Klaviyo, strengthen their lifecycle marketing, and turn scattered activity into a system that actually works.
I didn’t start in email marketing. I started as a jewellery designer, learning how small details, thoughtful structure, and craftsmanship can turn something nice into something lasting.
Twelve-plus years later, after working in-house as a marketing director across interior design, fashion, beauty, jewellery, and nutrition, I kept spotting the same thing. Brilliant brands. Strong products. Email marketing that was... fine.
Campaigns were going out. Data was sitting there. Klaviyo was technically set up, but not really working as a system. Teams were doing their best, but without a clear CRM strategy or confidence in what actually mattered.
That was the puzzle I wanted to solve.
I realised I could make the biggest difference by specialising in CRM, with Klaviyo as my platform of choice. Not as an agency that disappears into the background, but as a partner who helps brands connect the pieces, sharpen their thinking, and build marketing that feels as considered as the rest of the brand.

What Makes Me Different:
I sit very comfortably between data and storytelling.
I am strategic, but creative. Analytical, but human. I care about the numbers, but I also care about how something sounds, how it lands, and whether it actually feels right for the brand it belongs to.
Whether it is a wishlist reminder, a win-back flow, or a more complex lifecycle across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, I do not see channels as separate tactics. I see them as connected pieces of the same puzzle. Because customers do not experience channels, they experience brands.
That means I am often looking at things other people miss.
How behaviour today might predict value tomorrow. Where timing matters more than volume. How one quiet touchpoint strengthens another. Once you can see those connections, growth starts to feel much less forced.
I also care a lot about helping teams genuinely understand what they are doing. Not just handing over work, but building confidence, clarity, and capability along the way.
And yes, I am a three-time returning Klaviyo Community Champion. That recognition is awarded by Klaviyo to people who consistently contribute to the wider community by sharing knowledge, solving problems, and helping others use the platform well. For me, it is less about the title and more about what it represents. Depth of expertise, generosity, and staying close to the platform because I genuinely love this work.
The Brands I Work With
I don’t niche into a single vertical, and that’s deliberate.
I believe every brand is unique, regardless of sector. What matters most is understanding your particular customer, how they think, and what a good experience looks like for them.
I do have a soft spot for high-end jewellery brands, thanks to my jewellery design background. There is something about detail, craft, and considered luxury that translates beautifully into CRM.
Alongside jewellery, I’ve worked with brands across nutrition, pet care, beauty, interiors, fashion, wine, and food. From early-stage startups who are still pre-launch, to heritage brands that have been trading for over 100 years.
The common thread is not the industry. It is a commitment to doing things properly, caring about the customer experience, and wanting Klaviyo to be more than “just another channel.”
